Kaleigha's 6th Birthday!
She had such a fun party~it's was at the bowling alley in Mahnomen.The kids had such a great time!!

He was so excited for his 2nd day at preschool. Mom, "Can I wait by the mailbox?" I said, "No, it's 6:15 and you'll be waiting a long long time and you have to have breakfast!". He was so disappointed. He loves it though...which makes us so happy!!

Watching the Parade
at the Steam Threashers Reunion~Keaton said, "Mom! I've never seen so many tractors!!"
He sat through the entire thing, which seemed like an eternity for me (you've seen one, you've seen 'em all).....don't get me wrong, it is something to see but not year after year...once in a lifetime is good enough for me!!
Grandpa, Keaton, Re-Reed & Kaleigha
Grandpa and Grandma treated all the grandkids and kids to The Steam Threashers Reunion on Sept 5....we had fun and the kids certainly got their eyes full!!

Keaton and a bear that uncle Dave and auntie Sarah gave him...I still have no idea where to put this larger than life bear....it's been nothing but a thorn in my side when cleaning!! Thanks guys!
Morning Sunset
I couldn't resist taking this picture on the way to work going 70+ miles an hour~hoping for a good picture. Little risky I know but it turned out fairly good!! And I'm still alive~obviously!! =)
Summer Flowers
I'll especially enjoy looking at these this winter. These flowers are a combination of ones my mom has planted along with my neighbor, Arlene's....such a breath of fresh air!!
It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's a Farm Cat!
We watched Mike's silly cat climb the fence only to sit on the pole watching everything around him!!
Fearless Keaton
This summer we went to our friend Mike's house (and my former classmate of 1991)....to visit his deer. Keaton thought they were great and completely fearless of them. We had a great time visiting with Mike and seeing his family of deer!

Grandpa don't move...actually grandpa is too tired to move while Keaton puts his wresting moves on Grandpa!
Keaton's First Dentist Visit
This was a lot of fun. Keaton was apprehensive but allowed the dentist to do whatever she needed. They first brushed his teeth and then painted on a flouride treatment. He got the cute little teddy bear to hold on to, 2 toothbrushes, and a green monster truck and a sticker. He thought it was so much fun and told me he was going to get the blue monster truck next time!
